Booking Information

All charter rates are PER CHARTER (not per person) quoted in Canadian Dollars. 5% GST + 3.5% processing fee (if using credit card) personal saltwater fishing license(s) and optional gratuities are not included in charter rates.

All equipment, top quality fishing gear, premium tackle and bait are included.

When you call with your preferred dates, a deposit equivalent to 50% of your charter rate is due at the time of making your booking in order to guarantee your reservation on your requested day. Balance is due 72 hrs prior to departure.

Saltwater Fishing Licenses are available ONLINE and at Method Marine in Tofino and other independent access providers throughout British Columbia. Please ensure you have obtained your personal saltwater license prior to your charter or your guide will be required to stop and get one for you and it will cut into your charter time.

All charters depart from Tofino Resort + Marina at 634 Campbell Street. To get there, as you are driving into Tofino from Pacific Rim Hwy, look to your right a ‘city block’ past Olsen Road and you will see the marina. Parking for one vehicle is located at the bottom of the hill. Please confirm departure time the day before your reservation at 250.266.0683.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that sometimes things come up beyond your control, and we value our guests so we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests. However, here are some policies you need to be aware of:

• Please provide written notice of cancellation via email a minimum of thirty days in advance of your charter/dates in order to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $75.00 processing fee.

• Written notice of cancellation received within three to thirty days of your charter - the full deposit amount is non-refundable.

• Should written cancellation be received with 3 or less days notice, or should no notice be given, the full amount of the charter(s) is due and payable.

Motion Sickness sadly does not warrant a refund. If you think you may be prone to sea sickness, you may wish to consider preventative methods ahead of time (we can provide recommendations although different methods work for different folks).

We have a comfortable vessel with plenty of covered seating so all charters fish rain or shine (we are in a rain forest after all). We are also bordering the open ocean so swell may be encountered. Safety, however, is of our utmost concern so we will not fish in dangerous weather or sea conditions.
